Our Processes
Whether you have already decided to proceed with an energy efficiency or renewable energy project, and you are looking for a suitable supplier, or you don’t know what is available, and how it might help you, Eco Environments can discuss your options and requirements without any obligation. We are not a hard sell organisation. We believe in giving you the information and advice you require to make an informed decision. Once YOU have decided what products and services are suitable for you, we help in the following way;

An on site survey

An on site discussion outlining the most suitable options available for your premises, budget and aims.

A detailed quote for the supply and installation of the product or products that you expressed an interest in.

A follow up to call to clarify any questions you may have.

We will advise you and support you with regard to applying for any of the various grants that are available to both commercial and industrial customers.

If you choose to go ahead with the installation, we will arrange a convenient start date, introduce you to your project manager, and give you an outline timescale to complete the installation.

You will have a direct contact number for your project manager.

Post installation you will be provided with all the required certification, warranties and a customer service contact and number.

Where required we will make a post installation visit to ensure that you are comfortable using your equipment and everything is in perfect order.

If required we can arrange maintenance services (though most systems require very little maintenance).
