Mike Clarke – Managing Director
Mike has over 20 years experience in the contracting industry with his most recent role being the the establishment and running of an NICEIC & ISO9001 registered electrical contractor with an annual turnover of £1M+
Mike has worked with many clients large across the UK such as University of Sheffield, managing the Installation of Broadband services to students residences throughout the UOS Estate. Mike is a time served Electrician and has worked his way from Supervisor, through Project Engineer to Project Manager and then finally on to Managing Director over the years.
As MD of Eco Environments he specialises in Energy Generation and Energy Efficient solutions and is responsible for aligning the companies offerings in these technologies to the wants and needs of Eco’s customers. He has always had an interest in becoming self sufficient when it comes to power used, and to that end at home he has installed a Solar Photovoltaic System and Wind Turbine System to show his firm commitment and belief in the technologies being installed by Eco Environments Ltd.
Mark Buchanan – Commercial Director
Mark has over 18 years of experience in the Technology Professional Services industry. He has been active in various business development roles, with experience of building up teams, operations, divisions and companies across multiple countries with his most recent challenge being the setup of a brand new services company in Malaysia.
He has worked for many of the UK FTSE100 companies over the years specialising in Manufacturing and Retail and spent about 7 years in various roles within the the Unilever group of companies.
Mark’s focus is on the company’s growth & strategy, structure, financial reporting, systems and processes and company governance overall. Mark is an active member of the Institute of the Directors and firmly believes in the “3P” approach to corporate management: • People • Profits • Planet
